Good news for the MAGA book clubs out there: Former First Lady Melania Trump has announced plans to publish her first memoir this fall.
Titled simply Melania, the book is “the powerful and inspiring story of a woman who has defined personal excellence, overcome adversity, and carved her own path. The former first lady invites readers into her world, offering an intimate portrait of a woman who has lived an extraordinary life,” according to her official website, which is currently the only place to preorder the memoir.
Additionally, Melania “includes stories and images never before shared with the public.” The standard version of the hardcover book spans 304 pages, 48 of which are color photos.
According to the Associated Press, the memoir will arrive via Skyhorse Publishing, which has previously released books by people in the Trump orbit like Rudy Giuliani, Alan Dershowitz, and ally-turned-foe Michael Cohen, as well as Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
No other details about the book have been released, including its publication date in the fall, so it’s unclear if Melania will arrive prior to Election Day. The memoir will be published in three varieties, including a $150 signed “collectors edition” — complete with “bonus photographs” and “adorned with black foil, blocking, and a ribbon marker” — a signed version, and the basic $40 unsigned memoir.
While Melania has largely avoided the spotlight during her husband’s presidential runs, she’s been particularly absent this time around, opting to break from tradition and not deliver a speech at the recent Republican National Convention, although she did appear alongside Donald at the event’s closing night.
